International Fulfillment Update
Short version: We are making definitive progress in getting those international orders completed.
Long Version: Our new fulfillment house (aka SG) has received all of stock from our old fulfillment house. The add-ons we sent to the old fulfillment house have not been located, nor are we confident they ever will be. As a result, we have had the lost add-ons re-manufactured, and they are about 90% done. Rather than wait for the last 10% we've already mailed what we have to the SG, so they can’t start shipping orders to our backers. I believe those boxes of add-ons were received last week by SG. BTW, shipping times for those boxes set a new speed record for how quick they got to the UK, so maybe shipping is finally starting to straighten itself out globally. For the backers who have items in that remaining 10%, we may have SG ship what they have, and we'll just send the remaining 10% directly to those backers to save time. We've heard that some of our international backers have already started to receive shipment confirmations, so it sounds like things are proceeding smoothly with our new fulfillment house.
If you missed the A.R.M. Summer Catalog Kickstarter, we'll be adding the Pre-Order link to that Kickstarter page soon. The book is currently in layout and editing. We look forward to unleashing several dozen of Uncle Ernie's killing machines onto the Battlelords universe, both classic and savage versions!

If you’re living under a dead Ram Python, you may not have noticed that we’ve launched our Kickstarter campaign to fund the printing of Uncle Ernie’s A.R.M. Summer Catalog!
The “Uncle Ernie’s A.R.M. Summer Catalog” Kickstarter is running and 58% funded! The catalog is a collection of bio-engineered & cybernetically augmented monsters for Battlelords & Savage Worlds. Presented like a futuristic version of a 1980s catalog, the book features 35+ creatures to throw at your Wild Cards. The A.R.M. Summer Catalog includes 95+ special abilities and is filled with dark humor and gorgeous illustrations. Suitable for just about any genre (sci-fi, supers, horror, etc.) or play level. Ernie’s minions’ range in size from bugs to buildings, and live in the land, air, and sea. Grab them before they grab you!
We have successfully transferred all our international stock for the Savage Battlelords Kickstarter from our prior fulfillment house in London (UK) to the new fulfillment house in Telford (UK). Not coincidentally, the new fulfillment house informed us that we are not their only new “transfer” customer recently.
The prior fulfillment house could not find any of our add-ons, nor could they confirm receipt of the add-ons. Unless they magically appear in the next week, we’re going to have to recreate them and have them shipped to the UK for fulfillment to the UK, EU, and Australasia. We are currently looking into shipping options to see if it’s feasible to ship them separately or whether that would be cost prohibitive. We apologize to our international backers for this delay. We are working as fast as we can to get a remedy and get you your books!

International Fulfillment Woes

We have been getting reports from our international backers that they have not received their orders. When contacting the fulfillment house we wait days between responses and receive non-answers to our questions. Unfortunately, we have determined that they haven’t shipped any of our UK, EU, or Australasia orders. In addition, they haven’t even checked the books into their system – despite having had them since June. They were the first location to receive the books, obtaining them before even our US fulfillment house did because they’re much closer to our printer, who is in Europe. In addition, they could not confirm receipt of our shipment of Kickstarter add-ons for the international orders. We are unable to discuss the matter with the owner of the fulfillment house because he is currently on vacation according to his automated out-of-office reply.
In short, the fulfillment house has entirely utterly failed their task.
It’s clear to us that our business relationship with this vendor is untenable. We have requested that they mail all our inventory – all that they can find anyway – to one of their competitors, who is also in the UK. This will be at a substantial cost to us, and essentially render all of our international sales unprofitable, but we want to make sure our international backers get their orders as soon as possible. If the current fulfillment house is unable to locate the shipment of add-ons (t-shirts, dog tags, poker chips, etc.) we will need to have them recreated and shipped to the new fulfilment house for distribution to our backers. Another unforeseen cost.
We sincerely apologize to our international backers for the delay. We will get you your books.

Fulfillment Update
Our fulfillment house has reassured us that all North American orders will be out the door by end of day this Friday. We are waiting for confirmation from our UK fulfillment house, who handles all orders outside of North America, that the box of add-ons we shipped has been received and processed. We have confirmation of orders already being delivered in the Midwest US, which is close to our fulfillment house.
